2. Physical Products

2.1. All physical orders are processed within 1–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2.2. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sam Calloway is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

3. Shipping Times

3.1. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

  • b) International — Up to 14 business days
