Refund policy
Every product, whether a book, a digital guide, or a piece of gear, is made with intention and care. Your satisfaction matters, and we want you to feel good about every purchase you make here. That said, because we offer both digital and physical products, our refund policy works a little differently depending on what you ordered.
1. Digital Products
1.1. Due to the nature of digital downloads and e-books, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
1.2. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please reach out to us at Contact@samcalloway.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.
2. Physical Products
2.1. You may be eligible for a refund on physical items (such as apparel or accessories) if:
- a) The item arrived defective, damaged, or not as described.
- b) You received the wrong item.
2.2. To request a refund, contact us at Contact@samcalloway.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- a) Your order number
- b) Your name and contact details
- c) A brief description of the issue, along with a photo if applicable
3. Refund Process
3.1. Once we receive your request, our team will follow up within 2 business days with next steps.
3.2. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
3.3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
4.1. The following are not eligible for refunds:
- a) Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- b) Sale items or gift cards
- c) Items returned outside the 14-day window
5. Return Shipping
5.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
6.1. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, the quickest path is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
